Withdrew nuclear exclusion based only on cytoplasmic enrichment. Incorporated the restored existing OpenScientist report on cytoplasmic P-granule function versus nuclear HRDE-1, guide specificity, non-slicer mechanism and interacting helicases. Retained disputed endonuclease/miRNA transfers with source-node metadata.

Existing OpenScientist findings incorporated from wago-1-deep-research-openscientist.md; no duplicate question was submitted for that covered hypothesis.

Remaining questions:

• Whether target-specific observations justify a stronger decision about nucleus than UNDECIDED; existing report establishes the canonical cytoplasmic versus HRDE-1 nuclear partition without exclusion of every possible pool.

The project audit records all changed row indices and decisions in projects/IBA_REVIEW/rereview-2026-09-20/localization.yaml.

Recovery PR evidence refinement (2026-09-22)

Remove four misplaced localization quotes and the duplicate NEW siRNA-binding proposal; retain the supported replacement and every source assertion. Source GOA assertions are unchanged.
