Selected Q0E9F2 isoform B retains all 1479 residues of RefSeq A, but adds a 63-residue insertion with a second predicted membrane-spanning segment. Reproducible analysis records inputs, alignment, control and output. This concrete topology difference limits transfer of signaling-dependent developmental claims to the selected sequence, while membrane association remains sound. The exact role of the insertion is unresolved.
